United Nations Warning: World may face food shortage due to Corona virus..

 New York: The United Nations Food Service has warned that the global epidemic of the Corona virus is severely affecting the interconnected food supply system worldwide, which can lead to global food shortages.

 

The World Food Program (FAO) said in its report that although there is still food in the stores of most countries, but the crisis has put pressure on the entire global food system that’s why special actions need to be taken to remedy this.

 

FAO reported that borders are closed around the world, ships are anchored and flights are suspended, which is effecting global food delivery system. Warehouse and containers that are full of nutrients are waiting to reach its destination.
