Who is Noormakdam?
According to initial reports, Noor Makadam was the daughter of
Pakistan's Ambassador to South Korea Shaukat Makadam. According to initial

company in Islamabad, police said.
According to sources, Noor, the daughter of a former Pakistani diplomat,
died during a break with the accused. The accused could not handle the
refusal and killed the girl.
Police obtained a three-day remand from a local court, while officials said
they were investigating the alleged murder of the suspect.
Shaukat Makadam has stated in his complaint that he had gone to Rawalpindi
on July 19 to buy a goat for Eid-ul-Adha, while his wife had gone to get
clothes from a tailor. When he returned home in the evening, he found his
daughter Noor missing from home in Islamabad.
They found that Noor's cell phone was locked and started searching for her.
Later, Noor called her parents to inform them that she was going to Lahore
with some friends and would return in a day or two, according to the
FIR.
On Tuesday afternoon, the complainant said that he had received a call from
Zahir son of Zakir Jaffer. According to the FIR, Zahir informed Makadam that
Noor was not with him.
Around 10 pm, Shaukat Makadam got a call from the victim's father from
Kohsar police station, who informed him that Noor had been killed.
According to the FIR, the police later raided Sector F
7/4. Makadam, who identified his daughter's body, sought a maximum
sentence under the law against Zahir for alleged murder.
Speaking to media, SSP Investigation said, "When Zakir was good
and conscious when we caught him."
He was OK and conscious when we arrested him. He may have had a
history of [taking drugs] in the past, but at least at that time
he was fully conscious. SSP (Investigation) Ata-ur-Rehman

He emphasized that the police were looking into the "mental
frame" of the suspect and that preliminary results showed that
the accused was well aware of his alleged actions in the
murder.
