We’re excited to bring MacBook Pro and its best-in-class capabilities to the broadest set of users yet, and for those upgrading from an Intel-based MacBook Pro, it’s a game-changing experience in every way."


Visually, the new MacBook Pro lineup retains its iconic form factors, available in both 14- and 16-inch display sizes, and the 24-inch iMac maintains its previous design and color options. 


However, there's a surprise addition: Space Black, exclusively available for MacBook Pro models with M3 Pro and Max chipsets, boasting a dark aluminum finish with enhanced fingerprint protection.


Under the hood, significant changes have taken place. The M3 family of chipsets, comprising the base M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max, marks a groundbreaking achievement in the PC industry as the first to be manufactured using a cutting-edge 3-nm process.

The M3 Pro-based MacBook Pros in both 14- and 16-inch sizes are designed for power users, including coders, creative professionals, and researchers. 


With prices starting at $1999, they retain their previous pricing and now support up to two high-resolution external displays.


For AI developers and 3D professionals, the M3 Max-based MacBook Pros offer up to twice the performance of their predecessors. 


They feature a next-generation GPU architecture with two Pro Res rendering engines and can now support up to 128 GB of unified memory while still delivering up to 22 hours of battery life.


The MacBook Pros continue to feature Liquid Retina XDR displays, but with an exciting upgrade: they now support up to 1600 nits of brightness for SDR content, a feature that previously required HDR content. 


The M3 and M3 Pro MacBook Pros will be available next week, with the M3 Max models arriving later in November.


Shifting briefly to the 24-inch iMac, it bears a resemblance to its predecessor but is equipped with a base M3 chipset. 


It retains its starting price of $1299, making it an attractive option for those seeking the perfect blend of aesthetics and performance.
